Talking to a Life Coach or a Therapist can be life-changing.
It allows us to process our challenges and discover our strengths.
The type of conversation we need depends on what type of challenge we are facing.
But whatever the challenge is, we can find support in talking to an outside counselor.

When you know your strengths, you can change your life in the direction you want.

What is Psychosynthesis?

Psychosynthesis is a combination of several different therapy forms, theories, and methods. Psychosynthesis blends modern Western psychology with Eastern philosophy and tradition, using both cognitive, analytical, and practical methods. All depending on the current situation for the individual.

Psychosynthesis sees the human holistically, where body, soul, emotions, and intellect interacts intimately with each other. The result of that interaction affects the way we feel in our life.

The will is essential in psychosynthesis. For life to feel meaningful, we must listen to our wishes and desires. Psychosynthesis encourages you to respect your will and translate your desires into practical action.

Psychosynthesis believes that with every problem comes opportunities for personal development and growth. Instead of seeing problems and pain as limitations, psychosynthesis concentrates on the potential and strength of each individual.

I am Dijana

Life Coach - This is me 🤍

When I was 16 years (1987), I first heard about Borderline. I was attending a psychology lesson in high school, and we were learning about the psychological diagnoses that existed at the time. Borderline was described with five lines, and I knew right away that it was me.

I felt the anxiety rush through my body. I got both sad and scared, but most of all I felt a great shame. And my first thought was – I have to hide this from the world. And I did it as best I could. For 30 years. Until I was 46 years old.

At the age of 46, I was diagnosed with Borderline personality disorder (BPD) emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD). As well as parts of the diagnosis OCDP – obsessive-compulsive personality disorder (OCPD).

I spent over 30 years hiding behind a facade, pretending to feel good. I have learned a lot during these years of self-exploration, but I don´t want to pretend that I have all the answers. Because I don´t.

I still consider myself in a constant new learning phase to get to the next level. I see myself as a teacher and student at the same time – I may be someone’s coach or therapist, but at the same time, I am someone else’s student or client. I am a work in progress, just like everyone else. And I continuously give myself space to grow and learn because I understand that there is always room for growth in our lives.

I have been through a lot of psychical pain, and I have chosen to give my pain meaning by helping others get through theirs. I am here because I would like to share everything I´ve learned during my life journey. Hopefully, my experience will help someone else on their journey.
